Qualifications: Designed for the third year students or above

Classroom: Room 402 at the Basic Medical Building
Objective: The objective of this course is to let students familiar with the basic knowledge and skill of the management of health services organizations (HSO). This course will guide the students to know the organization structure and functions of HSO. In addition, this course will let the students realize the current issues and strategies of HSO.
Grading: Midterm Exam 50%, Final Exam 50%
Textbooks: There is no assigned textbook. Handouts will be distributed in the class.

教學目標：本課程與其目標為使學生熟悉醫事服務機構管理之基本知識與技能，帶領學生認識醫事服務機構之組織與功能，透過管理實務，讓學生瞭解當前醫事服務機構重要課題與對策。

課程要求：本課程評分依據為期中考及期末考
教科書：無指定教科書，相關講義於課堂上發給。
